I loved it. Loved the different techniques and the variety of them!
Learnt from previous lessons to focus on quality and not always quantity. Effected some. Took time on the ones I most liked.
Did monochrome in the morning and colour in the afternoon.
I enjoyed both. Very different effects produced.
It was a very experimental day and all about the 'unknown' as you could never be certain how your piece would turn out -- taught me to let go and not worry!
I went along the flower theme...(dandelion).
Dead dandelion in black and white --> alive one in colour!
Printing is a beautiful process,
Creating anything, always in excess.
It's a desirable gift and fun to use,
Old school machinery no need for a fuse!
I created flowery things, I saw the journey,
Experimenting, I started to push the boundary.
I created delicate designs and ones that I like,
The unknown was exciting and creations not always 'right'.
However the day was a blast and we created things fast.
With little time to spare we had to have precision and care.
Lots of rooms for mistakes allowed creativity to flow.
And by the end we had a variety of work which we can show!
